All orders will be processed from Santa Monica, California within 3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays, or on federal holidays. Any order placed after 12:00pm PST will not be eligible for expedited processing and shipping. Once an order has been processed, changes to the order can no longer be made. Shipping done via USPS transit times may vary within 3-7 days depending on location items are being delivered to within the continental United States. Once an order is in transit, KAO Aesthetics is no longer responsible for the shipment. Any issues with delivery must be addressed directly with the courier. KAO Aesthetics is not liable for any order that is lost or stolen in transit.
